This stunning necklace features an authentic beach-found cobalt sea glass. It has a smooth round shape as it was once a bottle kickup in its previous life. It has been preserved in sterling silver with an open back design that allows light to shine through the sea glass and accentuate its color. A hammered silver detail fans out from the sea glass centerpiece like a shield, making the perfect contrast against the sea glass piece. It is bordered by a silver line with five sleek at the bottom for extra shimmer. Due to its age, the surface of the sea glass has a few very tiny "c" shaped markings which form naturally as the surface of the sea glass is hydrated by the ocean over time. These markings are a characteristic feature of authentic sea glass. The necklace is pictured here on a sterling silver snake-style chain.
