The smooth drop shape of these sea glass gems have been carefully preserved in sterling silver with an open back design that allows light to shine through the sea glass and enhance their beautiful colors. Due to its age, the surface of the sea glass has a few very tiny "c" shaped markings which form naturally as the surface of the sea glass is hydrated by the ocean over time. These markings are a characteristic feature of authentic sea glass. A sweet freshwater pearl sits on top of each sea glass piece, creating a luxurious contrast against the exhilarating blues of the sea glass piece. Two silver beads connect the sea glass and pearl, and another one adds shimmer below each sea glass piece. The earrings have been finished with a pair of sleek sterling silver French hook ear wires.
