This exquisite sea glass necklace features a captivating piece of authentic amber sea glass as alluring as the open sea. This beach found gem has been delicately preserved in sterling silver with an open back design that allows light to shine through the sea glass and highlight its enchanting tone. Due to its age, the surface of the sea glass has a few very tiny "c" shaped markings which form naturally as the surface of the sea glass is hydrated by the ocean over time. These markings are a characteristic feature of authentic sea glass. The necklace is pictured here on a sterling silver snake-style chain.
