The open-back design allows light to shine through and accentuate the radiant hue of the sea glass. Sleek swirly hearts add shimmer into each creation. Due to its age, the surface of the sea glass has a few very tiny "c" shaped markings which form naturally as the surface of the sea glass is hydrated by the ocean over time. These markings are a characteristic feature of authentic sea glass. The earrings are shown here finished with a sleek pair of sterling silver French hook ear wires.
