A gorgeous calming combination of oceanic blues take center stage in this sea glass necklace, that showcases two ultra-rare pieces of authentic beach-found sea glass along with a rare sea glass piece arranged in increasing size from the bail to the bottom. The sea glass pieces have soothing blue and green hues layering and blending together in different shades ranging from a dense cobalt to a very light seafoam/aqua ("Seaqua" as we in the studio would refer to this unique shade). The top piece has a soft "seaqua" background housing a single glob of cobalt blue along its lower edge. The middle piece has stripes of blue layered with a single cobalt blue glob in the center. The combination of colors culminates with the largest bottom piece that is rare shade of bright cobalt. Buffed and polished by the waves into their own unique shapes, the smooth edges of these sea glass pieces have been skillfully preserved in sterling silver with an open-back design to allow light to shine through and further accentuate their brilliant hues. A few tiny "c" shaped markings grace the surface of the sea glass which form naturally as its surface is hydrated by the ocean over time. These markings are a characteristic feature of authentic sea glass. A total of four sterling silver beads connect one tier of sea glass to the next. The pendant is shown here on a sterling silver Rolo-style chain. Its bail is large enough to accommodate any sized chain or collar you may have.
