It has been preserved in sterling silver with an open back design that allows light to shine through the sea glass and accentuate its vibrance. Due to its age, the surface of the sea glass has a few very tiny "c" shaped markings which form naturally as the surface of the sea glass is hydrated by the ocean over time. These markings are a characteristic feature of authentic sea glass. The necklace is shown here finished with a sleek sterling silver rolo-style chain.
