SHIPPING & DELIVERY


Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed prior to shipping ( as stated above we do our best to reduce this to 24 hours during the holiday season). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped. We ship Monday – Friday excluding holidays and weekends. Please note that since 2020 the shipping carriers have been slower then normal. We suggest sending your package priority mail or express mail to ensure delivery. Once your package ships it is out of our control and in the hands of the carrier service. Please know we do everything we can to process and carefully package your order with lots of care. If tracking shows no movement or slow delivery please contact your carrier directly instead of us as we can only see what the tracking is showing you. We don’t have access to any more information than you do. If you wish to upgrade your shipping after your order has been placed but before it has been shipped, please reach out to our care team via phone or email.

Lita Sea Glass Jewelry offers shipping for international orders worldwide. To see exact shipping charges, please enter your address at check out and shipping will be automatically calculated.

Buying a gift? Let us help! We can ship your gift directly to the recipient. It will arrive beautifully packaged in a custom Lita gift box, complete with a story card and cleaning care instructions. We can even add a personalized message and custom wrapping!

At check out, simply put your information as the “bill to” and the recipient as the “ship to”.
