A little about Lita:
As a child I spent endless hours doing arts and crafts. I loved it all, from drawing and painting to making string bracelets and drying flowers, if it was creative it was for me!
Growing up in Massachusetts I spent my summers at the beach, going out in the boat with my family. Walking up and down the shore I would find all kinds of treasures to collect. Little smooth pebbles, shells and sea glass, anything that was pretty would end up in my pocket!
Jewelry has always been my passion. Although I knew I would end up working in the jewelry field when I started at Bristol Community Collage in 2002 I took up Fine Arts. I have always loved art in almost every form and enjoyed the range of classes that were available.
I am an entrepreneur at heart. I opened my first business when I was 18 and my creative wheels have been turning ever since! I owned a womens gift boutique for several years which is where Lita Sea Glass Jewelry took shape.
I have now found exactly what I want to do for the rest of my life. After going in a few different business directions I feel fortunate to have started young and explored different business avenues.
In March of 2012 I had a beautiful baby girl. She is absolutely the love of my life! After living in different places over the past 10 years I have decided there is no place like home and I look forward to raising my daughter here in Massachusetts. For right now I am loving being a mom, feeling lucky to have my work be my passion and happy to see what the future holds.
